If getting there is half the fun, our non-resident hunters are in for some healthy exercise. This outfitter (red shirt) has gone hi- tech after the War-to-end-all-wars and has booked these would be elk hunters by advertising in a national outdoor magazine.

After a week long adventure, the hunters will return to the city with grandiose tales of adventure and success. Spike bulls will become Royals and a lucky thirty yard shot (more than likely shots) will become a thing, a cross between Heather Locklear and Betty Crocker...

The automobile has definitely found its calling and will replace horses and mules and allow hunter clients to concentrate on spotting game, tracking and honing primitive skills that civilization has dulled. Now time can be spent on fair chases... that is driving at break-neck speed and trying to put a bullet into some part of an animals anatomy (this is another advantage for autos... anybody can tell an auto from a horse or mule... you don't have to drape hunters orange on a Tin-Lizzy). No one should ever have to walk back to the headquarters again following hoof prints.
