Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping - We ship flat-rate USPS Priority. Shipping charges are posted at the top of the store pages.

DeSaye Whips: DeSaye whips are custom orders, hand-braided to customer specifications. Order fulfillment time will vary from a minimum of 2 weeks to as long as 2+ months. Estimated time will be provided when you order. Be sure to order early if needed by a specific date.
International Shipping - We ship internationally. Flat rates are posted at the top of the store pages.
Late or Missing Packages - We cannot be responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the carrier and are out of our control. Tracking is included for the shipment, and we suggest you check your Tracking number first. USPS will not accept claims until 15 days have passed. Let us know if you haven't received your package within 10 days, and we will follow up from our end as well.
Stock Status - DeSaye Whips are not kept in stock since they are custom built per customer specifications.
Cancellations - If you cancel before your purchase ships, we will refund your payment. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We love making our customers 110% satisfied! Unfortunately, things can happen, so we do our best to work things out. Please take the time to review our return/exchange/refund policies.
DeSaye Whips: Since whips are custom braided according to customer specifications, returns are not generally accepted. If the whip does not meet the specified parameters, contact Stockman Supply for a resolution. stockmansupply@outlook.com.
Any return must be pre-authorized, and the customer is responsible for the return postage unless Stockman Supply made an error. Returns for in-store credit or exchange only.

Care is taken to insure all items are represented as accurately as possible. Since items are displayed on monitors and electronic devices, perceived color variations from the actual product can occur. By ordering online from stockmansupply.com, customer agrees that minor color variations are to be expected. If a product offered by STOCKMAN SUPPLY is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it post-paid in unused condition for exchange or store credit.
